I wouldn’t stay if you want a good sleep
3.0Location
− The mattress in my initial room was so old I could feel the springs through it. The next day I was put into a new room. Exact same issue. Then I wanted to cancel my last night as I hadn’t slept the previous nights. I was told by reception & manager that they would connect with booking and refund the last night. The following day I received a message from booking.com that “they were unable to reach an agreement with the accommodation” — in other words they don’t want to refund my last night.
