7.0− Air conditioning was not working it was very cold
Brilliant location, friendly staff, excellent bathroom but poor privacy and insulation.
6.0Location
− CCTV camera located right outside the room, understand the need to provide security at a room with sliding doors facing a large green reserve, however, the trade off is privacy as it faces directly into the room. Front door could be insulated, there is a large gap, up to 10mm at bottom letting in outside air, with no door deep or weather stripping. There is also a gap between the door closure and wall. This allows much cold outside air inside. There is heating but it would be less draughty and more energy efficient if this was properly insulated.
