4.0My review is a mix of emotions because I would really like to give a perfect 5 out of 5 rating, but I can't overlook the negative points without hoping that the management will take measures to improve their service. Overall, the venue is beautiful. The food is tasty, and the atmosphere is enjoyable. However, I found an insect under the bed sheets and blanket, and the throw pillow has a very unpleasant smell, clearly showing it needs a deep cleaning. I sincerely hope that the management will take this issue seriously and implement the necessary actions to ensure that such problems do not happen again for future guests.

10.0Our stay was great. The place is peaceful and perfect for resting and relaxing. It’s also conveniently located near famous restaurants and popular spots to visit in Tagaytay. The room was clean and aesthetically pleasing—perfect for taking photos. The service overall was excellent; the staff were welcoming and always greeted us with a smile. The amenities were worth the price we paid.
