1.0Thw bed was comfortable
− Paid for spar bath which didnt work , taps dripping bathroom door wouldnt close very noisy complex security lights came on and shined into the room which was like daylight. Tried calling for assistance twice with no response. Won't stay there again.

− Broken and missing list bulbs, broken spa, missing cutlery, no pan to cook anything. It was definitely NOT fully equipped kitchen. Horrendous! On top of that, the cleaner had left the door unlocked after they cleaned the room as my husband was shocked to find when he returned to the room. Lucky nothing appeared to be stolen! If we have to chase the staff to organise the room why pay to stay. Never again.

10.0The management and staff here are very friendly and accommodating. I mentioned the microwave had been broken by a previous person and the kettle had no cord, immediately I was offered another room but I declined and unexpectedly within an hour there was a brand new microwave and kettle delivered to the room. The room was spacious and comfortable and has basic cooking facilities and utensils. I also extended my stay by an extra night without any drama..
− The main room could do with having a curtain in addition to the blind and the towel rack in the bathroom was missing.
