10.0We arrived at 8.20pm & reception was still open. It was hot but when we got to our room they had put the cooling on for us. We had travelled from Canberra for school tennis trials so we appreciated the wonderful service that they provided. The room was big & clean & the bed was so comfortable.
Not what I'd call a pleasant experience
4.0The advertising images certainly do not reflect the current state of the premises. Appears to be in the middle of some room renovations however I certainly didn't get one of those, the room (15) had a very strong smell of mould or sewer. The room was tidy & clean but run down. The pool was shut down & in a terrible state of repair, on an extremely hot weekend. The receptionist lady was very pleasant when I booked in on the Friday afternoon. The reason I chose the Parkhaven was the fact it had a restaurant but alas it was also closed for renovations. Certainly is not a "resort" as advertised nor was it worth the money they charge. I've stayed in much better places for that sort of money.

8.0Had a room on 1st floor, it was nice & quiet. Plenty of easy parking. The room was a good size, bed was comfy and handy Indian restaurant nearby.
