2.0The staff were friendly. Not much else to like about this property.
− The photos on the website (replicated on this survey) in no way represent the actual rooms which are decades old, tired, and not maintained. The room had no sink, the microwave was dirty with food from previous occupants, other 'kitchen' facilities were also not clean. The room had not been renovated for decades which was not representative of the photos used for advertising. Digital lock on door, but door could easily be pushed open without using the lock. Old facilities at the venue (tennis court, squash court, restaurant, pool etc.) are in ruins which is representative of the overall maintenance of the property. Laundry for guests was very unclean and used by manager their own use. Room was extremely small (booked for 2 adults an one child). Bathroom was tiny and probably built in the seventies. The room was only serviced once in six day stay and only after a request made to the manager.
Only problem was the hot water.
