− No heating was on when I arrived and took a long time to warm up
Absolutely not impressed would never stay there again and rate it a 2 star place
1.0Liked nothing about property ,we are staying in Nelson at the moment in a 5 star hotel which is the same price as there 4 star absolutely heaps better
− First off it is not a 4 star hotel who rated this ? will never stay there again Looks good in photos but far from any good First off the stairs up to top rooms they need to put anti slip tap on treads The carpet needs replacement or cleans smells and looks very rough and dirty and stained and bed cover was stained The bathroom door opens in and hits the basin you need to go right back to the toilet to close door the bathroom is to small for spa bath , spa bath is outdated and dirty , when you sit down on toilet my feet hit end of end of basin cabinet Bed was really uncomfortable giving us both back ache

7.0− Check-in at sister property and at night without lighting, would've been nice to know a priori. Upstairs unit with motion lights that didn't aways come/stay on so climbing stairs with luggage in dark.
