8.0We found the place was central to everything. What we didn't like were the stairs. This was my fault in booking. Should have done more research
Cleaning issues
6.0The second day of our stay they notified us they they were cleaning the roof the next day & we had to bring the chairs & tables back from the veranda. This left lots of dirt & rubbish on the veranda ( which they didn’t come to clan at all) also couldn’t use the veranda the day it was Cleaned. On checking out I accidentally left two bottles of expensive clone & medication in the fridge door. I emailed them that afternoon to let them know & I would there first thing in the morning to collect. Apon arrival at opening time the next morning. The lady in reception stated they threw them all in the bin I then told her that they were worth nearly $400 She went & made a call to the cleaners & 30 secs later put them on the counter rudely. Also the top floor units only have stairs ( no lifts )
