Disappointed with the business etiquette of the property but otherwise would be a nice place

− Was not advised that it would cost extra for the wood to use the fireplace. If there is to be an extra charge for firewood then include it in the price like every other business. In fact the ad said there is fireplace and aircon for heating but does not mention that u annoy use the fireplace without paying $15 for timber or alert you to bring wood When I messaged the property was told that booking.com is unable to charge extra and also that there is air con for heating. Was not impressed and will not go back and will definitely advise others not to either. Also numerous chipped crockery should be replace as unhygienic to use.

9.0The cottage is very well equipped. The air conditioner is very efficient and it was very cosy for a winter's stay. Location is fabulous, easy walk to shops/hotel and very quiet.

10.0Beautifully presented little cottage to stay in! I many thoughtful touches included, the fresh flowers, bacon and eggs, tolietries were all a pleasant surprise :) Will definitely be back.
