4.0upon arriving at the property I was told that they didn't have any rooms available despite wotif confirming my booking earlier that day. The person at reception was apologetic and help me find a more expensive alternative but it was disappointing none the less. It was not clear whether the hotel or wotif were responsible.

4.0Why have a toaster? No knife or plate. Everything about this room Was depressing. The lights were terrible. Especially in the bathroom "cubicle"
