10.0Excellent room and access to a swimming pool although we didn’t use it. Lots of supplies to cook your own breakfast at a time to suit yourself. Good location to explore some of the beaches on the central coast such as Terrigal and Avoca.

8.0We missed fridge in our room, and there is no fly screens on doors or windows. Also, no hand towels. Outside veranda dirty, a lot of dust. Nice big property but need more attention around house, both verandas full of furniture and bags ! Owner need some help to keep it tidy.
