7.0Comfy bed, good hot water, central location, good value for money, well equipped with microwave and crockery and cutlery.
− No insulation against sound or cold. No extra blankets in the cupboard and reception closed at 1pm on Sunday!

− The only minor thing was the tiles in the shower were very slippery but can be easy fix by buying some non slip tile paint from bunnings you paint it on and it dries clear

9.0Rooms clean and comfortable bed. Excellent price and rooms have been renovated. Lovely bathroom and good shower. Staff very helpful

OK for one night in Swan Hill
6.0Location is Ok. Can walk into the middle of town in about 10 minutes. Comfortable enough and rooms have been renovated at some point in the past few years.
− Rooms are not that big. Bit of a lack of bedside furniture as well. Our room didn't look quite like the photo. Aircon was quite noisy. The main complaint though was the fact that even though we paid up front via Booking.com they still ask you to contact them and provide a credit card as guarantee.
