Dream stay
9.0With excellent value for money compared to other options, Cstay is run by humans, not robots. It provided everything I needed for a week long stay in a lovely setting very close to the beach, jetty, and bus stop. The pool is an added bonus and the kitchen very well equipped. The courtesy drop off at the ferry was great.
The price is fair for the accommodation, however, they deliver far below the minimum they should.
4.0Location and Louie dog!
− The mini-fridge wasn't cleaned because there was a sour liquid that had accumulated and permeated the room. The room had a strong smell of vomit. I had to clean the mini-fridge and the room myself to get rid of the bad smell. They didn't change the sheets or towels after a week. I requested a change, they confirmed they would, but they didn't. The bathrooms weren't cleaned frequently despite being shared. The men's bathroom was always dirty and had a strong smell of urine. The kitchen was equipped with the necessary things, but the microwave was terrible, unusable. Filthy, with a bad smell, accumulated rust on the upper inside part, and the plate barely rotated. I requested a non-smoking room, but the rooms next door had smokers who smoked several times on the balcony, so we had to close the window and door and stay locked in the room. Ideally, smokers should use the lounge area by the pool and not the room area. The place is pleasant, but it lacks cleanliness and some improvements in management.
Clean, comfy lovely place to stay
9.0Clean comfy room. Clean showers and toilets. Strong hot shower. Fridge in room. Friendly staff at check in and friendly dog on site.
− Location is a bus ride from the ferry terminal and a fair way from the hikng tracks, but otherwise the location is good for snorkelling or dining near the beachfront.

A peaceful stay, very comfortable, friendly people and we LOVE the beautiful and friendly dog.

− Nothing I didn't like but I would love a toilet and shower in the room.
