Overall a beautiful unit and location,
5.0The property was fabulous, great location, renovated nicely, furnishings were great.
− There was a terrible smell of either smelly drains or mould in the main bedroom, it was so over powering that we had to sleep with all the doors and windows wide open in the middle of winter. There was also renovations taking place in the unit next door which we were not advised of even when we checked into the unit. It sounded like jackhammering off tiles all afternoon Friday and most of Saturday, this made it so unpleasant that we could not stay in the unit. Upon check out we were accused of leaving a red stain on the rug which was already in the unit when we arrived, we were advised that we would be charged for this via text message. This felt pretty awful and poor communication on behalf of management was really the biggest downfall of our stay. In saying that if this was improved and the smell was addressed I would highly recommend staying here.

For a single person paying over $700 for 3 nights and feeling hot sweaty and muggy was disappointing

− Air conditioning was inadequate. Inconsistent and seemed to be only set for a certain time frame with no variations in speed or temp range. No separate air con in bed or bathrooms.
