− No tea towel, tissues and dish washing sponge. Cutlery needed another wash. Skirting board needs dusting otherwise everything was good.

9.0V comfy beds, spacious, cleanliness, two tvs and the decor. Oh and the view, even though it was foggy!
− Nothing really but the kitchen area is cramped.
Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would definitely recommend this hotel.
10.0We had a wonderful stay at the property. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The location was great, and the facilities were excellent. We really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and had a relaxing experience.

Quite family Room
8.0Nice outlook from the balcony, great shower ,the room was well appointed with a mini kitchenette with microwave and hot plate, fridge and toaster. Quite location and comfortable bed with huge tv. The family room could be made into two seperate room which had seperate toilets. Quite location, clean and safe.
− Having previously stayed there the rustic charm had been transferred for colourbond to the utilitarian look.The reception was still under construction, thus liniting the facilities that previously existed like the fire place and restaurant. Whilst it didn't impact out stay materially, there was still builders waste left scattered around the site. No family rooms had undercover carparking. Even though it was peak season and there accomadation can come at a premium, the cost was bordering on unreasonable.
