6.0The apartment was spacious, facilities were as described, the bed was extremely comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
− Couldn't fit the car in the garage supplied, had to leave it in a visitor car space. There were 4, if you missed out, the car was on the street, with time limits during the day. We had to climb 42 stairs, we were on the top floor, no lift. We weren't told which floor we were on, only that there was no lift! Some of the stair carpet coverings were loose. Only 2 towels for the week, one roll of toilet paper, one cloth and a very small teatowel. To leave the place as we found it, I think more cleaning things should have been available.

6.0Great spot for getting to beachfront, surf club etc, Able to park up and leave the car, get to most places. Glenn very friendly and accommodating.
− The bed wasn’t particularly comfortable. It felt like it was a cheap mattress, pillows were just awful- thin (again cheap). No doona (winter stay) just a blanket supplied. Not what I expected for the nightly rate. Lots of stairs to climb to get to the room (no good for people with mobility issues). Some maintenance needed on the stairwell carpet - loose carpet (tripping hazard).
