− 2 Stars My stay was generally acceptable, however I was very disappointed by an interaction with a cleaner in the shared kitchen. While I was using the kitchen as a paying guest, I was confronted and made to feel unwelcome because cleaning was taking place. Rather than being politely asked if I could move for a moment or work around the cleaning, I felt I was treated as though I shouldn't have been using the facilities at all. As a guest, I expect to be able to use the common facilities provided, and I also expect staff to communicate courteously and professionally. Unfortunately, this interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome, and it detracted significantly from my stay. I hope management reviews how staff interact with guests so that others do not have a similar experience.
