Far exceeded our expectations. Fabulous setting. Cottages are great.
10.0Our bungalow had a spectacular view of the rainforest. It was cleverly positioned to give us complete privacy whilst on the balcony. The outdoor shower was quirky but worked really well. The room was comfortable with spotless bed linen and mosquito nets. Mosquito coils and bug sprayed are provided in the room but we didn’t need to use them. Staff were very attentive, knowledgeable and helpful, especially with arranging transport. They provide laundry service at a reasonable rate, providing clean, folded clothes - but don’t expect big hotel standards. Food is fine but nothing special but probably all you’d expect in such a location. Although, when I asked for things not on the menu, such as stir fried vegetables and a plate fruit, they were happy to oblige, which was excellent. Free good tasting coffee, tea and fresh water always available. Regular shuttle bus to local attractions.
− Mot a huge thing - My only improvement would be to improve the pathway to the bungalow. The log stepping tones got a bit slippy when wet.

8.0Beautiful location, our family room had a balcony with a view out into the forest. The staff were really helpful. The food was very good.. Very clean
− Very rustic, the rooms are not fully sealed and the bathroom is outside, so lots of insects which might not suit everybody. Only 2 choices for breakfast but having said that, it was very nice. We didn't have hot water

8.0Frukosten är bra men det är ett begränsat utbud. Atmosfären som Paganakan Dii har är unik och är svår att beskriva. Jag och min familj uppskattade hela vår vistelse och i synnerhet den hjälpsamma personalen som ordnade med allt. Läget är utmärkt för att besöka Sepilok orangutang rehab center, Rainforest Discovery Center och Centret med solbjörnar, m.m
− Utbudet av mat var begränsat men väldigt gott. Om jag skulle önska så hade jag velat ha större utbud.
