8.0The apartment was modern and well equipped. The motel is in a great location opposite the gold mine and talking tram terminus. The only issues were first that the bedroom was very dark. The only "windows" are skylights, which had closed blinds with no way to open them. Second, the apartment is the lower floor of a townhouse and the noise insulation from the upper floor is poor. We hear loud clomping noises as the guests in the other apartment walked around.
