5.0The staff on arrival were absolutely wonderful, and the room was perfect for my needs. After spending five hours driving to reach the accommodation, I was looking forward to settling in around 6:00 pm, relaxing, and watching Netflix. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was not working at all. I contacted the after-hours number for assistance, but was simply told that the Wi-Fi can be patchy. No attempt was made to troubleshoot the issue or offer an alternative solution. This was extremely disappointing. It was raining and miserable outside, and as I was travelling solo for work, I had planned to spend the evening in my room. The lack of working Wi-Fi had a significant impact on my stay and left me feeling frustrated. While I appreciated the friendly staff and comfortable room, the poor handling of the Wi-Fi issue unfortunately detracted from what would have otherwise been a great experience.

6.0The unit was very clean and well presented. Staff was lovely.
− An extra chair in the unit would have been nice since we were three with only 2 chairs to eat at the table. Also a bit more cutlery. The Spa water was green, so not really appealing.
