10.0We had a few hiccups to start. Apartment had been refurbished but not properly equipped. But overall they were quick to correct some issues and took on board other issues that need to be rectified. We enjoy staying here
Not for families with prams
6.0Our apartment at Bridgewater terraces was comfortable and had a nice view of the river. However, there is no lift in the terraces which was very inconvenient for us with a lot of luggage and a stroller. There are a lot of stairs around the complex and I would not recommend staying there if you have a lot of baggage or a pram or any accessibility requirements.

8.0Great location, pool and gardens. Our apartment faced the river, was clean and comfortable. Plenty of food and drink options close by. Dated property with only fans in bedrooms - aircon in main room didn’t flow through. Noisy aircon units outside bedrooms. WIFI was good - you do need to bring your own device to attempt to cast to the tv. Warning they’re Smartcast which is not Apple friendly. Accessibility: most of property is not suitable for those with accessibility needs. Summary: Don’t expect a 5-star experience - it’s a 4 star - and you’ll be fine.
