9.0Very clean and tidy, close to pretty much everything in Lincoln.
Excellent central locatiion, very clean and comfortable, will definitely stay again.
9.0Excellent central local between the university and conference centre. Very clean and neat, roomy, had a well-equipped kitchenette (that I didn't need, but nice to know next time) including cooktop and toaster. Breakfast was not included in my booking (I had a very early start). They gave me complimentary orange juice, which suited me as I don't drink tea or coffee. Nice sized bathroom with plenty of towels, small sachets of shampoo and conditioner and the option of using container soap or individual soaps provided. The main room included a writing desk as well as two-person table and chairs, and a very comfortable bed with soft sheets. Having the room heated on arrival was great as it was a cold and wet winter's day.
