10.0Fantastic staff and rooms were nice and clean
There’s much better places to stay
2.0Curtains didn’t cover the window so it was so bright at night that I didn’t need lights. There’s no “do not disturb” that you can put on the door so they go through your room daily whether you like it or not. Awful. I asked to be switched to a room with a better curtain using the phone number they used to get ahold of me and was ignored. I am disabled so it was wonderful to watch them watch me struggle with bags.

4.0- no heating in bathroom - harsh lighting in bedroom - drunk neighbours fighting outside unit next to ours at 3 am.
