10.0The Civic Apartments are located in the heart of wagga wagga on Bayliss street. Secure parking is available, apartments 4 was a good size and was clean, it is well soundproofed as even though it is on Bayliss street we heard very little street noise
− Not an issue for us, but all apartments except apartment 1 are upstairs. There is no elevator, only an internal staircase.
