DISAPPOINTED. FALSE ADVERTISING.

− Lack of communication from staff. Pool not available when it advertises a pool - booking was based on this and this location did not provide this. The room smelt so damp. The ‘toiletries’ they provide is sachets of shampoo and conditioner and soap. No wifi password provided. Rubbish littered throughout the location. Washer and dryer old and littered with mould. Laundry looks like it has not been cleaned in years. So disappointing. Paying over $500 for a 3 night stay - NOT WORTH IT.
