Location was ideal for us

− Smell hit us as soon as we entered the doorway. Cleanliness was an issue, we had a purchase more bedding - our daughter broke out in a rash after the first night, and we were bitten after sleeping in the beds! Whilst the linen "looked clean" there were unseen issues. Had to buy a sleeping bag to sleep in. Insufficient cutlery, 1 teaspoon, 1 knives, and 3 random spoons for our family of 3, bent forks etc, no dish cloths for dishes or wiping down benches, dishwashing soap in a powerade bottle. We weent and purchased our own washing gear and washed everything before using it. Door/ranchslider difficult to open or shut or lock - window latches were either broken or loose, and there was no ventilation fan or heating in bathroom. We requested some additional blankets but got no response - staff were unresponsive and not very helpful.

The cleanliness. The picture on the wall

− Beds were uncomfortable especially pillows. Not enough warm blankets. TV didnt have netflix or other options except YouTube.

− This establishment stole money from us. Several hours after I checked out, they called me and accused me of stealing a microwave and kettle without providing any proof whatsoever, just the word of one of their "supervisors". They then proceeded to charge our credit card for over $300 without notifying us. When I phoned them to try and get our money back, they were very unprofessional and refused to provide us with any proof even though they claim have CCTV cameras. I would not trust this place with my credit card information. You never know what they might end up charging you for (without your permission). The place itself is also very run-down and poorly maintained. My room window had a large crack in it so it was quite draughty. Avoid at all costs!

− During our stay we observed issues including cobwebs, mould in the shower area, sticky and dirty flooring, holes in the walls, and several other maintenance and cleanliness concerns. We took photographs of these issues as we found them quite concerning from both a comfort and hygiene perspective. I believe feedback is important so that future guests can make informed decisions and so that management has the opportunity to improve the standard of cleanliness, maintenance, communication and customer service across the property. Our experience did not reflect the level of hospitality we had hoped for, and unfortunately we would not choose to stay here again.
