− The bed was very firm, rooms are not serviced on a Sunday 🙄 ( which is on the info sheet but not exactly pointed out by staff) so no coffee or clean towels for that day and had to ask for fresh towels on day two.
Overall a good stay. Just need to tighten housekeeping procedures.
