− Shower leaked, bit of mould in places, heater wasn't sufficient enough
does not meet 3.5 stars in my opinion. dirty floor was particularly disappointing.

3.0It was cost effective and close to town
− The room is dated, which I could accept for the price and location - however the room was dirty. The cutlery did not look like it had been washed or checked, the kettle had dried noodles on top of the kettle so wasn't cleaned between guests. The floor had stain leading into the bathroom, the bathroom walls had dirty marks near the towel rack. The shower needed cleaning. There were broken tiles in the bathroom that could be a trip hazard. We didn't trust the cleanliness of the bedding so slept on the covers. The room also had a weird smell.
