− The air conditioner could be in better position or put the fan in bedroom but this is small.

− No one to answer questions. Tv did not work at all. Multiple lights blown. As a hotel operator myself this was sub standard
Great location but too much noise from apartment above.
6.0Good location, partial water view as advised. Bed super comfy and the furnishings were all ok. Plenty of storage space in the kitchen.
− We could hear all movement in the room above us as well as any use of water. This really disturbed our peaceful time in the unit. We mentioned it and received an email saying they would talk to the occupants. We stayed 5 nights and didn't talk with a staff member at all. We sent a request for a new toaster as ours wasn't working and this was left for us. It would have been good to get a change of bathmat as it became dirty over the stay. We thought the floors were dirty and could feel it underfoot. All in all a last minute booking that provided what we needed but it wasn't great.

− Ladder to upstairs room was sketchy, so many doors and windows banged throughout the night in the wind. Main bed was far too soft.

6.0excellent location not far up the hill. there is a cafe / bar at the foot of the hill and two more 100m down the road.
− there is no balcony to enjoy the beautiful view, a bench is provided in the undercover car park at the access door.
