7.0The Staff. Professional and helpful.
− The floor that we were staying on was being renovated. During the day, it was a building site. The central lift to the carpark was unserviceable for the week that we stayed. The curtains in the room we stayed in were translucent, which meant that when the sun was up, so were we.
