9.0Great location, handy to walks, shops etc. Staff were lovely, and the room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again, when in Mackay.
− Everything was great. if you are after a view, then our room did not have it. The view was over the back of the shopping Center and carpark so not very exciting. But that did not worry us.

− The underground parking was hard to park at . The tyres were screeching. The path was too narrow to drive
