− Cold shower the first morning! It was hot the next day. No electric blankets on bed and no glass shower door as advertised on booking.com site. Bedside lamps flicked on and off a few times.

2.0− There was no hot water and no electric blankets. I would expect electric blankets in Cooma in winter with below 0 degrees. The price was ridiculous for what we got and the walls were paper thin. I thought I would try somewhere different! It was extremely disappointing and will not go there again.
