Declining basic accommodation ( we used to love it ) .. does ok as overnighter

− Lacks care . Used to be fabulous but no care taken it seems these days . Maintenance poor . Kettle didn’t work at all shower was mouldy in joins & frame , starting to get run down . Handyman fixes are tacky. Bedding lacking , ( had to run heater at max ) sheets crumpled . The lack of staff was concerning , no one on site .. I was lucky enough to find a cleaner who did not speak English(as most of the staff ) but directed me to a man who was apparently the manager . We arrived early but he managed to get us in , he was kind & helpful but issues with the room could not be addressed as there was no one there by the time we got in.

8.0Good size rooms. Modern, clean and comfortable. Huge bathroom with large corner spa. Good laundry facilities too!
− Mattress was a bit too soft for me but that's obviously a personal choice. Doors slamming in other rooms were quite loud and disruptive (even shook the wall)
