9.0This is the quintessential Armidale experience. A blue brick historic stately home tastefully filled with beautiful furniture and decor. Comfy and quiet, close to the park and shops, and host Cameron was very attentive and helpful. Can recommend.
HIstoric mansion Guest House - Lindsay House Armidale
10.0We stayed for two nights in this lovely, historic mansion. It is a beautiful guest house. Our host, Cameron, was friendly, helpful and explained the history of Lindsay House. We loved the huge rooms, each with ensuite. On the Sun terrace upstairs there are tea and coffee making facilities (not in your rooms). We nearly didn’t book because Booking.com has incorrect room sizes. But the experience of living in this mansion was too fun to miss and we were happily surprised with huge rooms. The location is superb… 200 metres from centre of town and opposite beautiful gardens.

10.0Just the most beautiful property, beautiful antique furniture and history. The house was immaculate, I received a lovely upgrade , the bed was so comfortable and it was lovely to go into the sunroom in the morning to make a cup of tea, and take it back to my room. I felt like I had stepped back in time!
− I loved the whole property. Just sone maintenance issue that the owner is aware of , but that’s the joy of looking after an old property
More than just hotel- motel accommodation and a nice place to stay
9.0Lindsay house in my experience is distinguished building converted to a guest house with old English style manor house charm in a great location. It’s more than a hotel-motel room style accommodation with a couple of nice rooms to relax & unwind. A very pleasant place to stay especially if in Armidale for more than 1 or 2 nights

4.0Ummm the bed I guess
− No ammenities, no microwave or mini fridge in room, no conditioner. Just basic but essential things when living on the road for work. Just useless antiques.
