10.0Location very close to Mt Buller. The room clean, the surrounding clean and feel like at my own village. The bed equipped with warmer. But the room light a bit deem compare to toilet light more brighter. And the walkaway light outside our room a bit deem compare to other room which is brighter. The rest all perfect including the staff - nice and friendly.

5.0Great location, nice bedroom setup. Comfortable beds and pillows. Heating was great.
− Bathroom and kitchen in need of renovation. Hot water in shower was not consistent with temperature fluctuations - risk of scalding. No conditioner in room, despite asking. No room cleaning provided. We needed to ask for extra toilet paper. Very different experience to the one last year. Last years room was renovated and cleaned regularly.
