2.0We stayed at Yarrawonga Holiday Park during very heavy rain and requested vehicle access to the shared area as we had infants and young children in our group. Despite explaining the safety concern, our request was denied, even though one group member was allowed access, which felt unfair. The kids had to get in and out in the pouring rain, which was unsafe and uncomfortable. It was disappointing that the management dismissed our concerns, especially given the weather and the presence of small children. We hope the park considers being more understanding and consistent in such situations.

6.0pillows were old and extremely thin, and the cushions on the main bed were grubby, so you could not use them to make the pillows more comfortable. the fan in the main bedroom was very wonky and noisy when on high. The aircon was not on when we checked in around 2pm on a 35 degree day. We stayed in river front deluxe cabin, which had a nice view, but inside the cabin was not up to the standard of the price charged. Reception staff were very good.
