− The fridge wasn't plugged in and it had the previous guests chicken ham and other food still in it, and it stinks because the fridge wasn't plugged in. The light above the table wasn't going and made a noise. We complained and the lady was arguing with us, she gave us a light bulb and expected us to change it. Pretty poor service. Not really any apology either.

4.0Location is good, quiet. The staff is good, check in and check out was smooth and easy.
− The blanket is dirty, has many stain on it. That is not acceptable. The furniture and the floor the blind are all very old and not clean.
It's okay.
6.0The unit itself was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. The location is great - easy walking distance to the middle of town. It was good to be able to bring the dog.
− The outside was just not maintained. Our outdoor furniture was one rickety chair with ripped fabric and the foam hanging out. The laundry wasn't swept in ages. The information booklet in the unit was way out of date, and then when we followed the information in that, the owner was annoyed because we didn't notice the signs that were different from their book. The service was very changeable - could be very friendly but could also be curt.
Disappointing noise levels
4.0The location was great for our needs.
− The units could do with a bit of TLC, especially the bathroom. That in itself is not a major problem for us. The disappointing part of our stay was that one night the radio was left on all night in the laundry which was right through the wall from our unit. There was music playing all night!! Not a good sleep for us!! Another night of our stay there was a gathering/party in the unit beside us. We believe this unit may have permanent residents or staff/management residing in it. The noise from that carried on into the early hours of the morning. Another terrible sleep for us!!
