− Well I never gotten a room with the laundry area was in between the room also not sure but after a storm during our stay while going to the restroom in the middle of the night the bathroom floor was full of water on the floor also the mattress left me and my spouse restless very uncomfortable the place totally need an upgrade!!!!

Don’t overlook this well maintained retro motel
10.0Although the property is older, my room was well maintained and very clean. The onsite staff who maintain the rooms were incredibly nice, attentive, and helpful. Also, my room was very quiet.
− I had zero complaints on my stay. However, the units use room type air conditioners which might bother some sleepers. I discovered it completely masked any outside sounds and facilitated better sleep.
Would definitely stay again
10.0Easily located and short ride to DePauw’s campus. Quick and easy check in/check out. Great and professional customer service. Economical find!
− Although, the room was very clean and had clean fresh paint and lighting, maybe better bedding, pillows and curtains can be updated.
