Desconfortável, porém a equipe se esforça para compensar a falta de administração com os hóspedes.

O café da manhã estava muito bom, com variedades. A localização é ótima. A equipe , em sua maioria, muito simpática e prestativa.

− Não tinha cobertor no quatro e estava extremamente frio. Fui informada pelo recepcionista que não havia nenhum disponivel e que haviam outros hóspedes que tambem estavam aguardando. (Uma camareira me ajudou a conseguir um.) Na cama só havia 1 travesseiro, fui solicitar outro e fui atendida pelo recepcionista da noite. Quarto com pontos e cheiro de mofo. Descarga do banheiro vazando O Box parecia sujo e encardido e com cortina de plástico. Tv com 2 canais e ainda assim, péssimo sinal, péssima imagem (o que não corresponde ao anúncio de TV a cabo) Paguei 3 diárias R$638,00 (de sábado meio dia até terça-feira meio dia) . Fiz o Check-out na segunda feira 22:30 . O hotel poderia , ao menos, cobrar apenas as horas excedentes de segunda feira e oferecer o reembolso da diferença mesmo que em voucher. Mas , preferiram deixar a cobrança da diária inteira.

− Ao chegar não tinha quarto disponível, faltando cobertores, Chuveiro não esquentou, quarto empoeirado com aspecto de que não foi limpo.
