Vorsicht!!! Kein Bett fürs Kind, trotz Buchung - keine Rückerstattung !!

− Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Wir haben die Unterkunft ausdrücklich für 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind (14 Jahre) gebucht. Bei unserer Ankunft mussten wir jedoch feststellen, dass im Zimmer nur ein Bett vorhanden war. Ein Zustellbett für unser Kind war trotz unserer Buchung nicht verfügbar und konnte vom Hotel auch nicht bereitgestellt werden. Da das Hotel keine Lösung anbieten konnte, waren wir gezwungen, kurzfristig ein anderes Hotel zu buchen. Besonders enttäuschend war, dass das Hotel sich trotz dieses Fehlers geweigert hat, eine Rückerstattung vorzunehmen. Ich kann diese Unterkunft daher nicht empfehlen. Wer mit Kindern reist, sollte sich nicht darauf verlassen, dass die gebuchte Belegung tatsächlich zur Verfügung steht.

I have stayed there before and that's why I came back. I find the location and the price to be on par with what I want, and that's important to me. I

− I didn't like the confusion over booking. I personally prefer to deal with someone when I get to the property and this wasn't an option. It wasn't until I told the lady on the phone who made me very frustruated with the online booking. It wasn't until I vented my anxiety over the process that she offered to help me at another property. That was unacceptable.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel ondanks probleem bij het inchecken. Een vergeten item werd zorgzaam bewaard zodat we het konden ophalen. Propere kamer.

− Inchecken verliep moeizaam door problemen met hun registratiesysteem. Omdat dit al laat in de avond was gaf dit ons wat stress. Maar alles was uiteindelijk wel in orde.

Was very disorganized would not go here again.

The maids were a great help and very nice, we had door to back area where we could take our dogs out.was close to hospital for appointment going to.

− I had to take a picture of government id in order to check in, there was no one at front desk. Then email with room# which u are given codes to room to unlock. Once we finally got in room we were not given wifi password had to track maid down to get it. I was then sent another email with a different room # we were suppose to be in with the code to that room. I responded to email and was called questioned on who told me we were in the original room # I explained was by email and offered to send to them. Was very disorganized and was not comfortable with have to take pictures of government id to send.
