8.0Great location. Close to tram and train. Very central to city and main station and attractions. Decent rates for Switzerland. Well maintained property. Well stocked kitchen - cutlery microwave dishwasher coffee machine etc. Easy self checkin and checkout. Easy comms. Would definitely consider for future stays. Few things to note Bathroom had see through glass wall. Ok for couple but not for stay with family or friends. Supplies shampoo conditioner weren’t replenished daily. Need to request for it. As ours was 4 nights only we didn’t bother. Pillow were substandard. Required extra and were provided. Coffee machine but no tea or coffee sugar milk etc. Even instant would be good. Dishwasher but no tablets. Maybe available on request.

4.0Communication was excellent but the room was very dirty. There was also a lot that wasn’t provided. Good location - about a 15min walk from everything.
