5.0Não cheguei a me hospedar no hotel, pois no booking ele consta como 5 ⭐️, porém ao chegar no hotel me deparar com 4 ⭐️, tentei cancelar a reserva, mas não me devolveram o valor, mesmo assim fiz reserva em um outro e deixei pra lá. Demonstram um verdadeiro descaso e propaganda enganosa.

10.0Ens vam allotjar en una de les suites Diamond i tot estava impecable. El tracte rebut pel personal de l’hotel va ser immillorable. L’spa és increïble!

7.0Beautiful suites, close to airport, spa attached
− Room was unseasonably warm, broken door so unable to enjoy balcony and hot tub, despite staff being informed it was not fixed and no discount applied for the trouble. I asked for a fan and was brought one, and told to exit through a different door which required me to walk passed other suite windows where people were relaxing in their beds.

10.0The Diamond Suites were fantastic—a perfect, relaxing place to stay for our last night! The staff were wonderful and made sure everything went perfectly. Great stay!
