− I had requested a downstairs room but only an upstairs room had been prepared (air conditioner turned on). No microwave.

− I arrived a day early and if you just show up without a reservation, the air conditioning isn't turned on. It took 5 hours to get from the ~114 to 75 degrees in the room. Everything was hot to the touch. Wished it had a pool. June in Phoenix is rough.
