5.0Obiekt bardzo ładny ( chociaż lata świetności ma raczej za sobą) pokoje czyste, pachnące. Personel miły, pomocny, uprzejmy i życzliwy. Jedzenie dobre ( trzeba by było być naprawdę wybrednym żeby narzekać). Basen przyjemny, spa ok, sauny fajne.
− Niestety były również minusy. Po pierwsze organizacja na śniadaniu fatalna. Kolejki w oczekiwaniu na stolik i tłok przy bemarach. Przeciekający się ludzie z talerzami, pchający się przy jedzeniu. Mało komfortowe. No i niestety sytuacja skandaliczna, która spotkała nas w saunie. Otóż w trakcie sesji wszedł pan z obsługi i nakazał opuszczenie sauny ponieważ musiał przygotować ceremonię sauniwania. Szczerze, w hotelu o pięciu gwiazdkach sytuacja skandaliczna. Zaznaczam, że ceremonia nie była dla wszystkich tylko dla kilku wybranych osób. Reszta krótko mówiąc wypad. Sytuacja mało przyjemna.

10.0Das Buffet zum Frühstück und Abendessen lassen keinen Wunsch offen, eine riesengroße Auswahl, frisch und lecker. Die Angebote für Kinder sind gigantisch: das Schwimmbad mit Rutsche, verschiedene Spielräume, Angebote der Animatoren. Die Kinder sind immer beschäftigt, alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Auch für die Erwachsenen ist an alles gedacht (Wellness, Behandlungen usw). Wir kommen wieder!

− STORT! Passade inte alls för ett par i övre medelåldern, kanske perfekt för en barnfamilj där alla gillar att bada. Frukosten som hade ett utmärkt utbud var bara ett totalt kaos med massor av folk, stressade föräldrar, missnöjda barn och hårt arbetande serveringspersonal.
