− Funcionária da recepção pouco acolhedora e um pouco rude na abordagem com os clientes. Pelo contrário, o funcionário que carregava as bagagens extremamente educado, atencioso e afável. Pequeno almoço muito básico, com pouca variedade. Para o preço que se paga era suposto ter um pequeno-almoço consideravelmente melhor e mais diversificado.
