7.0Very nice hotel staff. Comfortable room. Walking distance to the main "shopping street" in that city area - 3 min. A lot of restaurants near the hotel.
− Small room - no place where to put suitcase or dresses. I had Standard room for 2 adults, but the size was not appropriate for 2 persons. Not pleasant smell in the bathroom.

− A lots of things 1- majority of staff (except 1or 2 people) they were so rude and unprofessional 2- we paid for 2 rooms one 35m and the other one 20 m , but they gave us one 35m and one 12 or 13 m, 3-awful smell from toilets ( on all rooms) 4- very poor breakfast, there was no toster no fresh tea, no option for bread, all vegtebales were dirty and bad quality and just an option for fruit , boaring breakfast , 6 days in row no change , very bad and poor material, dishes were dirty, 5 in rooms and lift everything was broke , even key for elevator , 6 in rooms there was no tooth kit, no lotion, not even clean blanket , all blankets were so old and smelled wiered ,

Loved it overall!
9.0Very close to istiklal like literally 1 minute walk into istiklal street so very cosy vibe, great breakfast and the best rooftop view. One person in the staff stood out to me, it was OLCAY. He was so kind and accommodating, really made it very easy for us and gave us all the help he could! Fab job OLCAY!
− The carpets aren’t clean in the rooms that are carpeted. Other rooms with flooring are great.
