7.0Bellissima struttura immersa nel verde, perfetta per staccare dalla città e respirare la natura. Inoltre è ubicata vicina al centro di Mattinata quindi anche molto comoda per le passeggiate serale senza dover prendere l’auto.
− Andrebbe migliorata la pulizia della piscina e servirebbe un aggiornamento nel mobilio delle stanze. La camera è pulita ma un fatiscenti soprattutto il bagno.

Heerlijk zwembad op een fijne locatie. Studio en ontbijt viel tegen
7.0Er is een groot zwembad waar het meestal wel rustig is. De locatie is mooi met prachtig uitzicht, gelegen in een oude olijfboomgaard en op loopafstand van het gezellige stadje Mattinata. Het personeel was over het algemeen vriendelijk maar moeilijk communiceren vanwege gebrekkige beheersing van het Engels.
− Er valt weinig te merken van het agriturismo. Het 'continental' ontbijt viel erg tegen. Beperkte keuze met fabrieksbrood, fruit uit blik, etc. Geen scrambled eggs e.d. en geen verse producten. Uiteindelijk toch veel zoetigheden dus toch meer een Italiaans ontbijt. We hadden een studio en een moderne kamer. De studio is erg ouderwets en we hadden problemen met het gas, de wc die bleef doorlopen (beiden wel snel opgelost) en 4 dagen alleen maar koud water in de douche en keuken. Heel weinig keukengerei en het is duidelijk dat het wordt ontmoedigd om er te koken.

9.0La piscina, ampia, pulita, comunque sempre non affollata e la sua vicinanza alla zona snack. Le camere, pulitissime e con aria condizionata molto efficiente.
− Il wifi, che purtroppo aveva pochissimo campo in camera. Credo che un paio di antenne in più risolvano egregiamente questo piccolo problema.

− La chambre 8 est vieillissante avec une clim qui fait énormément de bruit et ne rafraîchit pas vraiment. Idem la douche ne ferme pas et le joint pendouille. Dommage

9.0Excelente hotel. Fica em uma fazenda de Oliveiras. Muito lindo. Muito confortável. Piscina ótima. Quartos excelentes. Tudo muito organizado e bonito. Os funcionários são excelentes. Fechamos o passeio de barco no próprio hotel. Foi muito prático. Não fica perto do centro da cidade onde tem os restaurantes e bares. Mas, estávamos de carro e isso não foi problema. Café da bem gostoso. Amamos tudo
− Tudo maravilhoso. Só dou a sugestão de ter mais espelhos no quarto.. só tem espelho no banheiro e faltou também mais mesa pra colocar as malas.
