10.0Grass around the pool was very high. One pillow had black Ashy looking junk on it, the room wasn't absolutely filthy, but it lacked some cleaning. The sidewalks had litter on them, hmm

4.0First of all after 6 hours driving she makes us wait for her to finish a cigarette outside then our bathroom door was key locked and she wasn’t the least bit eager to fix problem. She finally gave us different room. Still making us wait while she smoked again. I need to also mention we have a disabled daughter in wheelchair and inspite of our daughter she still could not assist with anything! Not front desk friendly

10.0Only problem was the toilet hard to plush and almost overflowed at one problem. Notified staff and they acted quickly to assist in resolving issue.
