− Hallways were very hot, took a long time for the room to get to a cooling temperature. Shower was lukewarm couldn’t get it any hotter.

− Check in was 2pm. Got there at 6pm. Went to room. 100degree day and the air conditioner was not on and blind open with full sun. Set air to 60* and returned at 10pm. Told desk before we left and returned still no one checked our room for air. Miserable stay for the money. Should get a discount.
