Great stay when everything goes as planned and booked
1.0Location and outdoor pool
− We booked a quadruple accessible room-non smoking room in November for our stay in June. I confirmed our stay the day before and after a grueling 16 hour drive was told that all of their accessible rooms were taken! They “upgraded” us to a sister hotel where most of the time we were flooded and was unable to leave or enter. Staff told me to call the city to complain.

10.0− I didn't like the pool, ...was not clean
Not the best time...
4.0The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The water to the tub was either a very slow cool trickle or a boiling stream of liquid lava. The water was hot enough to boil tea! There was n coffee maker in the room and no breakfast. There were bugs - not roaches but the hard black bugs that crawl around and dare you to try and crush them. Probably take a hammer strike. The pool was not blue like the web picture - was a smarmy shade of green. Probably hasn't had any kind of maintenance in weeks, As I was leaving, I asked the front desk clerk for a copy of my bill. She was on her cell phone the entire time. I felt like I had inconvenienced her.
Staff was nice and helpful but the room was not clean
2.0− The sheets were torn, the floors were dirty and there were bugs in the room.
